Noblezada is featured on Backstage.com’s 51 Leading Film Actors Who Deserve to Win at the 2021 SAG Awards List for her feature film debut as a talented singer and undocumented Filipina whose mother is taken away by ICE.

“Noblezada wears her heart on her sleeve in Diane Paragas’ searing ode to—and diatribe against—the American dream. As Rose Garcia, a Texas teen and aspiring songwriter whose mother (Princess Punzalan) is deported back to the Philippines, she channels that heart into country music. Broadway audiences have heard firsthand how the actor infuses her every note with palpable emotion; that skill is no less felt onscreen.”
